About The Beading Hearts
The Beading Hearts Designs was started by Shelley and Beverlee, two sisters who were born and raised on Long Island,
New York. Their Dad was a wholesale salesperson in the fashion and garment district of Manhattan, and their Mom was
an administrative assistant with a flair for design. Both parents were very artistic and creative people, which is probably
where Shelley and Beverlee get their love of designing. Their use of gemstones, crystals and freshwater pearls gives their
jewelry a very elegant and feminine look.
The beads they buy are from all over the world, including estate sales and antique auctions.
Both women are determined to make timeless jewelry that can be passed down to their children and so on. Each piece is
individually handcrafted with an emphasis on quality.

Shipping and Packaging
Please note that we try our best to send all orders out within 7 to 10 days. Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted. For
custom orders you'll need to contact us for actual shipping time as it depends on the individual order.
Please do not forget to change the shipping address in the checkout process for orders that are going to a different
address (gifts, etc.).
All orders are shipped UPS GROUND unless you choose UPS 3-Day Select SM. Foreign orders (outside the United
States the choice is UPS Standard to Canada or UPS Worldwide Expedited SM. All orders are insured. All claims,
(shortages or damages) must be reported within five working days after receipt of merchandise. The Beading Hearts
Designs responsibility for merchandise shipped via UPS (or any other carrier, if applicable) ceases upon our delivering
the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise in transit. A claim must be filed with
the carrier. In this event, we would assist you in supplying any information needed to submit your claim.
A 7.50% Nevada sales tax will automatically be applied to all orders shipping in Nevada.
Each order is shipped in a cotton filled gift box.
Returns
The Beading Hearts Designs does not offer any refunds. We do however offer credit that can be applied towards the
purchase of any items on our website. No refunds, credit or exchanges will be made on special custom orders. The
customer will be responsible for the cost of all shipment charges on returned merchandise.
Repairs
Please contact us for specific repairs and subsequent charges. Merchandise over 60 days will be a higher quote. You
the customer will be responsible for shipping charges on repaired orders also.
